Originally designed as the City’s Asylum, this historical colonial building complex was carefully renovated to preserve it initially architectural features. Today as a shopping complex, arcade-independence square is a new hotspot to hangout because it is a host of branded shops for shopping, good restaurants, and nice theaters. This arcade is surrounded by green courtyard, and situated in walking distance from the independence memorial hall.
